Ibis Paris Alesia Montparnasse Hotel

We were impressed with the helpfulness of the staff at Ibis. When we needed to store some medication that required refrigeration, they quickly accommodated us by storing it in their own fridge and returning it to us without any issues. Their friendly and attentive service made our stay very pleasant. The hotel's location in a safe area and its proximity to a supermarket and the Alesia metro station were also major conveniences. The comfortable bed and delicious, affordable breakfast were definite highlights. we highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was good and rooms were compact and well-appointed. The polite staff provided me a fairly nice 3 nights stay. The breakfast was perfect with plenty of appetising food.

I enjoyed the hotel overall. The stay here was very pleasant in a quiet area which let's you dip in and out of the hustle and bustle as you desire. The continental buffet breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of items to choose from. Incredible and comfy location, a short walk to Square Lionel Assouad. You could walk to a bakery and chemist's.

The area surrounding the hotel was a hidden gem, with plenty of shops and authentic Parisian restaurants. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The breakfast spread was delicious and the omelette at the hotel restaurant was a standout. The room itself was small but squeaky clean, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious and comfortable.

One specific situation we experienced was a minor issue with the air conditioning not working properly, making the room uncomfortably hot. We spoke to the reception about it and while the engineer was supposed to come and fix it, unfortunately, they didn't show up.

This hotel is a great value for the price. The rooms are clean and exactly like in the photos. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The location is in a very good area, with a quiet neighborhood and just a short walk to the nearby metro station.

All was well, nothing to complain about.

The hotel is in a great area, close to Alesia metro stop and a supermarket. The rooms are small but well-designed, with all the necessary amenities like a desk, wardrobe, and full-size mirror. The bathroom is a bit cramped but has a nice shower. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel is kept clean daily.

The Wi-Fi can be frustrating to use, as you have to keep logging in if your device goes idle.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was incredible. I couldn't believe the prices for such a well-maintained place. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were exactly like in the photos, with clean and comfortable beds, whether you wanted twin beds or a king-sized bed. The basic amenities were all there, including a bathroom stocked with everything you need. Lastly, the breakfast was well served and provided a great start to the day.

All was just as I had hoped, no improvements needed.

Additionally, the hotel had a good breakfast spread, with a variety of options to choose from.

There were a few negatives during our stay. the rooms were extremely small, especially for a romantic escape.
